Textures 2017 Artusiasm

Textures Exhibition in Toronto – Great news for my Art Lovers!

I am glad to share the news about my upcoming group exhibition in Artusiasm Gallery in Toronto. Textures exhibition showcases a variety of art that reflects various interpretations and applications of the concept of texture: the sight of the work as it looks, as well as how it feels to the touch. The works with actual texture, resulting from heavy application of paints and the impasto effect, will show together with the artwork which contains perceived texture reached through the abstraction, pattern and perceived dimensional changes and visual impression. The visitors will have a chance to explore outstanding works by a group of talented contemporary artists, well known and active in Toronto art scene.

I present four of my abstract paintings, including my latest abstract florals Paradise and Ballrooms of July, award-winning An Amber Intrigue as well as Grotto, one of my most unconventional works.

The exhibition curation is brilliantly executed by Artusiasm Gallery and wonderful artistic alliance and collaboration of Tanzina Amin and Carlos Rodrigues.

Private Reception: Friday October 6, 2017 from 7 to 11 pm

Exhibition: October 5 to 15, 2017

Venue: Artusiasm Gallery, 1684 St Clair Ave West in Toronto
